Terms and Conditions
Payments:
Please be aware that a surcharge
may apply for additional guests above stated occupancy.
Initial Payment:
- Low Season Bookings: 2 Nights Rental
- High Season Bookings: 5 Nights Rental
- Required within 14 days of making
your reservation
Final Payment is
due 60 days prior to arrival for high season reservations
and 30 days prior to arrival for all low season bookings.
** A surcharge fee shall
be added to all credit card charges**
Seasons:
High Season is from January 7 - March 31 AND
July 1 - August 31 (Minimum 5 nights)
Low Season is from April 1 - June 30 AND September 1
- December 17 (Minimum 3 nights)
Kamaaina Rates also available. Rate for longer stays
of 30 days or more also available. Please inquire.
A one time Cleaning Fee of $95 plus tax will be added
to all reservations
Rates do not include Hawaii State taxes of 11.4166%.
SECURITY
AGREEMENT: All confirmations shall require a
signed Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) Authorization
Form, which will allow Aldridge Associates - Realtors
to debit your account in the event of theft or major
damage.
CHANGES:
There will be a $10.00 charge for any changes once reservation
confirmation has been sent.

**We will do our best to
honor your room request, however management reserves
the right to change your unit assignment at the owner's
discretion. This may be due to sale of unit, needed
repairs or for the owner's private use.
TAXES:
Add to all rates Hawaii General Excise Tax at
4.166% and Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax of 7.25%
